Construction at the Greenhouse

The diesel generator that be powerin the greenhouse

As a local, you may have noticed the construction underway next door to the greenhouse rideshop in Norco California. For those wondering, the new construction with Floor & Decor is almost complete and shortly after will be followed by Chicks Sporting Goods moving in next to us.
We are in the process of re-configuring our source of electrical power to supply the shop and in the process have been running with the help of a very large gas powered generator.

We apologise for the several instances of power loss that have occurred over the past couple weeks as a result. You may have called us only to find that our telephones were down for several minutes at a time!

Brostock Air Nautique 210

This Air Nautique 210 was a tow boat at Liquid Force’s 2nd Brostock stop in Lake Oroville up in central california this past weekend. Apparently a good time by all accounts of houseboating, partying, and what’s that called…oh yeah, wakeboarding. I was surprised to see that my hasty sticker job on this boat returned in tact!

If you really wanna live up to brostock baller status, I suggest you peep Liquid Forces Limited Watson Open Toe Boot and Shane Closed Toe Boot.

jeremy sherwin one footer broseph

Was epic bro. Sorry about us being closed this week and all. We hope you got to do some riding too. Did I mention how much I love the Ronix Frontier?

This holiday was also the first chance I’ve gotten to actually ride the gear from Slingshot Wakeboards. After hearing rave reviews from all the other staff here at the greenhouse and trying on the Driver Boot in the store it’s about time I actually rode the stuff! My favorite ss board was the Response 145 which had a surprisingly rock solid explosive pop for such a smooth carver. Both the Slingshot boards land super smooth too, it’s almost ridiculous. Basically, the Slingshot Response has super solid pop, and certainly lives up to it’s name in being the most responsive board I’ve ever ridden.

The Slingshot Boots are a bit tough to get in and out of, but this is the price you pay for the most comfortable and ergonomic boots out there. I could keep these puppies on all day.

If you’re a bit skeptical about the new slingshot stuff I would highly recommend demoing it yourself before you buy. We’ve got all the slingshot stuff available for demo here at the greenhouse. Our normal demo rates are $15 a day and up to $45 (3 days) of this goes as a gift certificate for anything in the store! At the very least I recommend trying on the Driver Boot here in the store. It is amazingly comfortable.

That’s all for now… :P
