For local riders there is no better place to demo all the new gear from all the major brands than the Greenhouse Rideshop. We rent anything you want to try out for $15/day and up to 3 days worth of demo credits can be applied as an in-store gift certificate. In other words - free 3 day demo of any board/waterski/wakesurfer your heart desires!

We stock a very large selection of demo boards but don’t stock a very large selection of demo bindings. Our thought behind this is that you can, for the most part, get the feel of a particular wakeboard/ski boot just by trying it on in the store. Wakeboards and skis are a different matter and we highly recommend taking some laps on different boards before you buy.

One of best features in our opinion of the new boots from Ronix is the ability to Heat Mold them to custom fit your foot. This is possible due to the “Intuition Liners” which have been available in Snowboard boots for some time that Ronix has finally brought to Wakeboarding.

Ronix Liners are made from thermo-forming closed cell foam. These tiny cells of bubble screat a high cross linkage between molecules in each cell wall. This means that the foam does not allow gases to migrate, which would change the shape of the foam. All of this results in the ability to mold the foam into a specific shape when heated and the foam will retain that shape when cooled with reduced heat-related shrinkage, high quality memory, and resistance to packing out. Intuition foam can also be re-heated and molded more than once without damaging its structural integrity or quality. Another new company on the scene is Slingshot Wakeboards which utilizes the same technology in their bindings for 2007. The Greenhouse Rideshop will be the first retailer to stock Slingshot in North America.
